La Fontaine Pataux is situated in the village of Longirod in the foothills of the Jura, on the road to the Col du Marchairuz (see roadmap below).In the village of Longirod, La Fontaine Pataux is the southernmost house: arriving in Longirod from either Marchissy (coming from Geneva) or Gimel (coming from Lausanne), you find yourself at a crossroads. A panel on the crossroads shows you the direction: a small road bearing the "dead-end street" sign departs from the crossroads direction of Lake Geneva, straight South. The two names of this road "Pré Martin, Chemin de la Mine" are indicated on a single panel on the right. It leads you straight to our farm, which is the last house on the left. |
