At the moment, we have vegetables and herbs of the season, as of end of September apples, and as of October our sought-after duck meat: whole duck or duckling, duckbreast, and prepared duck-meat dishes, "Canard confit", Salsa Bolognese of duck, and others.
Also available are: jams, marinated peppers and cucumbers, and ready-to-serve vegetable dishes (ratatouille). |
